How much does the Skin Reset Session cost?
The Skin Reset Session is $50, which is credited towards your treatment plan if you decide to proceed. There's no obligation to book further treatments it's simply our way of introducing ourselves and showing you what's possible for your skin.
Do I need to prepare anything beforehand?
Just come with a clean face if possible, no makeup is ideal so we can get the most accurate assessment. If you can't, don't worry, we can work with that too. We'll ask you some questions about your current routine and skin history when you arrive.
Where is the clinic located?

Is this suitable for sensitive or reactive skin?
Absolutely. In fact, reactive and sensitive skin types benefit enormously from this session. Our therapists are trained to work with even the most delicate skin, and the mask used in your consultation will be selected specifically for your skin's needs.
How long does the session take?
The full Skin Discovery Session runs for approximately 45–60 minutes. This gives us the time to do a thorough skin assessment, have a real conversation about your skin, apply your personalised mask, and walk you through your bespoke treatment plan.
Will I be pressured to buy anything?
Never. Our philosophy is to educate and empower you, not push products or treatments. Your therapist will present options that could help your skin, but there is zero pressure to commit to anything during or after your session.
What happens after I submit the form?
Our team will reach out within 24 hours to confirm your preferred appointment time. We'll send you a reminder before your session and answer any questions you might have leading up to it.
Can I bring a friend or family member?
Of course! You're welcome to bring someone along for support. We'd just ask that they're happy to sit quietly during the clinical assessment portion so we can give you our full focus. They're more than welcome to book their own free session too!
